The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, with friendly staff who were always ready to help. The location was great, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and it was also close to public transportation. We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with a wide variety of delicious food options to choose from.
the manager's attitude towards guests was quite rude and disrespectful.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this venue. We really appreciated that it was located in a nice area, and we never felt unsafe. Not only that, but there were two large shopping malls within a 5 minute walk, which was very convenient. Additionally, the staff were very helpful, especially Cankat at the reception desk, who provided exceptional customer service.

We had a fantastic stay in the Bakırköy district. The hotel was clean and had great facilities, including fast and tasty room service. The staff were friendly and were very helpful with calling taxis. The location was ideal, as it was in a busy neighborhood with shops and restaurants nearby. We were also close to the seabus stop, convenient for us to visit the Bakırköy sea port and take the ferry to Prince Island. There was a shopping center within walking distance, and the breakfast at the hotel was excellent.
